Shipping Policy

Shipping and Return Policy

  • Our shipping chargers are based on standard US Mail rates and UPS (where applicable), which are based on distance shipped, package weight, and size.
  • All Packages will be shipped ground as a standard method of shipment.
  • Standard shipping costs DO NOT apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional costs will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment.
  • Zaga Custom offers UPS 3 day Air, 2nd Day Air, and overnight are available with increased charges. Please indicate in the customer comments section of your order if you would prefer on of these methods.
  • All APO/FPO, and P.O. Box Shipments will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
  • International Shipments: International customers are responsible for all freight chargers, taxes, and duties. Zaga Custom will ship orders complete for International orders.
  • Zaga Custom is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
  • Back Orders: If your order is back ordered you will be contacted via telephone of email.  At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from it from your order. We will provide you with an estimate of when you will receive the order. If you choose to wait, the back ordered item will be shipped automatically as soon as we get it in stock. All back ordered items will be made up front as part of the original order. Partial shipments are available only at customers request additional shipping cost will be added for each shipment.
  • All shipping and handling rates are for domestic ground shipment. Non- Domestic and International Shipments may require additional postage fees.
  • Note that shipping and handling charges are not included and the buyer is responsible for all chargers. Chargers will be shown on the invoice once items have shipped.

Delivery and Lead Time

  • Orders for Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends.
  • Express Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Since delivery companies do not work on weekends, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.

Returns

  • All and any returns requests must be made with 14 days upon receipt of shipment.
  • Any order returned at no fault of Zaga Custom (such as color, choice or size) will be charged a 12% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • All returns due to Zaga Custom error will have any and all fees waived without question.
  • In case of Non-Warranty returns, re-stocking fee apply as follows:  12% on all non-warranty returns.
  • All return Merchandise will be issued (RMA) number, given by a sales representative from Zaga Custom and must accompany all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please contact rzarate@zagacustom.com or call (619) 474-4909 for RMA number before returning any merchandise.
